1-Coordinate Measuring Machine=CMM
BSS uses Coordinate Measuring Machine to measure products' size and radian more precisely,
to ensure that there's no difference between our products and drawings.To meet customers'
requirements by providing them best-quality products.
2-Special Measuring Gauge
In order to make sure that there's no doubt about our products' quality,BSS makes good use of
these gauges to measure certian hidden parts of backing plates and brake shoe core,to
keep our words of supplying high-quality products to our customers.
3-From 5S Lean Production to 7S Environmental Management
BSS adopts 5S Lean Production in our factory,to reach maximum effectiveness by maintaining
clean working-environment on site and cultivating good working-habits for workers,for the
sake of being more systematic in Quality Management.Thanks to execution of this
concept,BSS is more capable of on-time delivery and meeting customers' high-quality
expectations.
Due to increasing environmental awareness in our modern society,BSS has also been

5-Production Line Cleaning: BSS creates its own flow of the inline cleaning machine.Via
vibration, the dirt can be removed from backing plates,and our backing plates can be anti-
rust due to Anti-rust Soaking Sink.
