BSS Stamping

BSS Stamping is a brand new technical breakthrough which is very similar to
Fine Blanking but more cost-effective. With a customized progressive press and
an experienced, professional team we created the BSS Stamping technology to
manufacture the fine backing plates. On top of that, producing the tooling in-house
gives us the crucial capability to make our fine backing plates meet strict tolerances
and various customers’ requirements. We test to assure the highest quality performance.

Shoe welding

Based on more than 40 years of experiences in shoe core manufacturing
we have our own way for welding.
The welds are in special shapes which make the strength of the welds much stronger.
We always meet the OE standard of welding strength.



Shoe shaping -Full coverage shaping tool

Normally, the shaping tool can only shape the area that without any bulges or folded edges.
It leads to the limit of the contact with rim and causes the uneven surface of rim or over-tolerance of radius.
To break such limit, we design the Full-coverage shaping tool to precisely avoid the bulging or folding area on the rim
and thus we ensure the best smooth area and the radius dimension.
